How much do I pay for delivery service?

Shipping charges will be applicable based on your purchase. Any purchase above Rs.2500, within India, will be eligible for free shipping. Any purchase for below the given value, will be charged based on the destination.
This will be available on your shipping tab during checkout

Once you have placed your order, an email confirming your order will be sent to you. The order will be dispatched within three working days of receiving the same.

You can use the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Credit Voucher Card, Net banking, Wallet or Cash on Delivery.

Why might my credit card be refused?

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

  • The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
  • You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
  • You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Login to your account. Navigate to ‘Profile’. And click on the edit option available. All data except your email-id will be editable. In case you would like to change your e-mail id, mail us at shop@houseofchase.com

Return Policy

Returns/exchanges will be accepted on items that are unworn and unwashed with all tags attached along with the corresponding receipt. This policy is not applicable on items sold on sale, promotional items or damaged items.

Item(s) returned beyond the 7 days’ time will not be accepted.

Refund shall be provided only in form of store credit/credit voucher. Under no circumstances will cash or credit card refund be given.

How to Complete Your Return OR Exchange?

Upon receiving your order and deciding you would like to exchange/return your item, please login to your account on www.hosueofchase.com and review your order.

You will see an option to return your order. Select a reason for the return and submit your request. Once the return/exchange is reviewed a pickup will be scheduled to pick up the order from you.

The shipping cost for return will be borne by House of Chase. The return/exchange will then be process upon receiving the package.

In case of exchange/replacement, the product will be shipped based on availability. In a case where the replacement item is sold out, store credit/credit voucher will be processed.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return your refund will be processed in the form of store credit/credit voucher within 7 business days. The shipping fee will be refunded as store credit only if the product sent was damaged or wrong. House of Chase reserves the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above. How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order only till it is shipped. Once it has been shipped, it will be accounted as a return.
To cancel an order before it is shipped, login to your account and navigate to order history. If your order has not been shipped yet, you will see a ‘Cancel Order’ option next to your order.

How long do I have to return an item?

You can return within 7 days of delivery. Items purchased on sale/promotions are not eligible for return/exchange.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

No, House of Chase will bear the cost for returns. Please write to us at shop@houseofchase.com if you need any assistance.

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the store credit or credit voucher into your registered email account. Please note the amount refunded will be the value of the products only. The shipping fee will not be refunded unless the product shipped is damaged or wrong.
