The stage is set, the models are in their spots, the music sets the mood, and the lights play around the ring – House of Chase steps into the ring, ready for ROUND TWO!
When House of Chase was launched, it was all about loungewear, those comfort velour pants and hoodies that are oh-so-droolworthy, the tees that are a staple in every wardrobe, the essential tank tops, and the likes. Well, a year has passed and we have stepped into round two. We have evolved and what better way to showcase this than on our special day – the second anniversary!
Raise your hands if you’ve ever spent a Friday evening not wanting to get into that skirt that fits you so well, but you’re just not in the mood to be uncomfortable, or that really great top that makes you look your best but in a couple of hours, you can’t wait to get back home, just so you can get out of it and get comfortable – I could go on, but you get my drift.
Enter House of Chase. HOC embodies Athleisure – it’s fashionable, it’s sporty, and beyond everything, it screams comfort. And this is exactly what the Autumn-Winter ’16 line is about. Ranging from (really stylish) workout wear such as tracks and yoga pants to comfort-formals like skirts, crop tops, and of course, a signature cropped hoodie – this line is not just promising but is already winning on so many levels. Well, I know what you’re thinking – this probably couldn’t get any better , but trust me it did.
The fashion show sequence choreographed by Sunil Menon featured some of the best names in the modelling industry nationally looking their absolute finest – and comfortably so. Archana Akhil Kumar totally won in the boxing ring looking every bit an athlete and the most stylish one at it, while Parvathy Omanakuttan set the ring on fire, every time she stepped in. The autumn winter ’16 is also special for House of Chase as we foray into the Mens’ collection in full strength. With a variety of jackets, t-shirts, shorts, and, needless to say, hoodies – this collection has pretty much everything that’s an essential in a guy’s wardrobe.
The entire sequence brought every single piece of clothing to life, and held the attention of the audience in such great detail that the boxing ring was pretty much the centre of the world for those few minutes.
The only time that the audience had to take their eyes off the spectacular collection, was when the team ‘Black Swan’ took to the stage (or should i say ring) with their dance moves, and again, they had the audiences’ attention at the tip of their fingers.
All in all, a great evening for not just House of Chase but also for everyone who attended, because we had a ‘Shop the Show’ for fashion fresh off the runway – so you get your hands on them before they even hit the stores. Swing by our store to pick up your favourite stuff!
So here’s to round two – thanks for all your support! We’re ready to rumble!
